Vintage Pizza Pie Co. Wood-Fired Pizza

Vintage Pizza Pie Company
We are Richard and Isabelle of Vintage Pizza Pie founded in 2012, providing true Neapolitan style wood-fired pizza, and doing it in style with “Gertrude” ; the 1938 Chevy Maple Leaf vintage truck, and a clove shaped copper wood fired pizza oven atop the back of its flat bed making it the first mobile “camelot” oven in North America.

With the exception of the San Marzano Tomatoes, all the toppings are locally made and grown, the dough is hand made and opened by us and our team, with only 4 wholesome ingredients including Double 00 flour and in the tradition of this pizza style, consists of a slow 2 days cold fermentation process, bringing a supple thin crust baked to perfection in under 2 minutes, at 800 degrees! This provides deep beautiful flavors on hand crafted flamed kissed dough. Come see, smell, and savour the whole experience of Vintage Pizza Pie Company and its team.
