Empire Cider was born on a stormy Thanksgiving weekend, right in the heart of Ontario’s Apple Country.

With a deep love of dry hard cider and using high quality local ingredients, we handcrafted the crisp, tart ray of liquid sunshine.

This is a traditional cider. It’s unfiltered, unpasteurized and bottle carbonated with local honey. The result is an extra dry, slightly cloudy, golden liquid with a natural yeast deposit at the bottom of each bottle.

And yes, those are all real Ontario apples we are pressing.

Life’s better with Cider.  For more information, visit www.empirecider.ca/.

With the exception of the San Marzano Tomatoes, all the toppings are locally made and grown, the dough is hand made and opened by us and our team, with only 4 wholesome ingredients including Double 00 flour and in the tradition of this pizza style, consists of a slow 2 days cold fermentation process, bringing a supple thin crust baked to perfection in under 2 minutes, at 800 degrees!
